Job Description
Front Office & Food & Beverage All Rounder (Evening Shifts)
This is a true all-rounder role where you’ll be at the centre of the guest experience, working across both Front Office and Food & Beverage - primarily on evening shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and managing efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
- Providing food & beverage service, including waitressing duties
- Responding to guest requests and resolving issues proactively
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts and handling transactions
- Recognising and engaging with loyalty guests
- Upholding hotel security procedures and guest confidentiality
- Assisting with “surprise & delight” moments to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is energetic, reliable, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
Essential requirements:
- Current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using a Property Management System (Opera Cloud preferred but not essential)
