O Novotel Lisboa está a recrutar Hostess para integrar a nossa equipa de F&B, restaurante!

O que esperamos de ti:

Esta função será para integrar a equipa de restaurante do Novotel Lisboa.

Acolhimento dos clientes à chegada ao restaurante e cuidar deles desde a sua chegada até à sua partida.

Contribui para a permanente satisfação e anticipa as necessidades dos clientes.

Ajuda a cumprir os objetivos quantitativos do departamento com um excelente espírito de equipa.

Contribui para seguir e manter os standards de serviço e higiene no restaurante.

Qualificações

Quem é:

Motivação, bom humor e dinamismo permanente.
Boa apresentação e capacidade de comunicação
Espírito organizado, cuidadoso e de equipe
Boa capacidade de escuta e de antecipação
