Responsabilidades principales:
- Dar la bienvenida a huéspedes y clientes de manera cordial y profesional.
- Brindar asistencia personalizada antes, durante y después de la estancia.
- Atender solicitudes, dudas, comentarios y necesidades especiales de huéspedes.
- Dar seguimiento oportuno a quejas o incidencias, asegurando su pronta resolución.
- Coordinar solicitudes especiales con los diferentes departamentos del hotel.
- Proporcionar información sobre servicios, eventos, restaurantes y actividades dentro y fuera del hotel.
- Verificar constantemente la satisfacción de los huéspedes durante su estancia.
- Apoyar en procesos de check in y check out cuando sea requerido.
- Mantener comunicación constante con recepción, concierge y demás áreas operativas.
- Registrar y dar seguimiento a preferencias y solicitudes especiales de huéspedes VIP.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares y políticas del hotel.
- Mantener una actitud profesional, positiva y orientada al servicio en todo momento.
- Todas las responsabilidades aquí descritas son enunciativas mas no limitativas, por lo tanto, pueden variar en función de las necesidades del hotel en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos de servicio.
- Preparatoria o Licenciatura trunca en Turismo, Hotelería o afín.
- Idiomas: inglés avanzado indispensable.
- Deseable manejo de un tercer idioma.
- Experiencia previa en Guest Service, recepción o atención al cliente en hotelería de lujo (preferible).
- Excelente habilidad de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Deseable conocimiento en OPERA PMS / OPERA CLOUD.
- Experiencia en atención personalizada y manejo de huéspedes VIP.
