Job Description
Olympic Bar, located in the lobby of the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Bartender to join our dynamic team during this holiday season and make our guests' holiday stay one to remember! If you are eager to deliver exceptional service and be part of the Fairmont experience, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Create an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, with impeccable presentation and attention to detail
- Have an extensive knowledge of all menu items and their preparation
- Take guest orders while making menu recommendations
- Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with table turnover and maintain a smooth flow of service during peak hours
- Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior upscale serving experience preferred.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments.
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.
- Available to work early morning, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handlers Card and MAST Permit required.
