Job Description

Bonjour! Step into a key role at Sofitel, where every guest experience begins at the heart of our hotel. As our Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee daily Front Office operations alongside our Duty Managers, ensuring every arrival, stay, and departure reflects the elegance, warmth, and personalised service synonymous with our brand.

You will lead, coach, and inspire the Front Office team to deliver consistently exceptional service, driving performance across loyalty enrolment, upselling initiatives, guest satisfaction, and key operational metrics. Your guidance and presence will set the tone for polished, professional, and memorable guest interactions.

Collaborating seamlessly with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a welcoming and refined front desk atmosphere. You will also champion team development, training, and performance management, fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement.

By monitoring guest feedback, operational reports, and service metrics, you will identify opportunities to elevate standards, ensuring every guest interaction embodies the sophistication, attention to detail, and personalised care that define Sofitel.


Qualifications

You are a highly motivated professional with a keen eye for detail, taking pride in delivering excellence in every task and interaction. With 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, you approach challenges with confidence and a proactive mindset, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience at every opportunity.

Your background, ideally within a luxury hotel environment, allows you to provide polished, intuitive service with a refined understanding of guest expectations. You communicate with warmth and professionalism, building genuine connections with both guests and colleagues while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Impeccably presented and a true reflection of the Sofitel brand, you bring both reliability and flexibility to your role. Comfortable working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, you are committed to supporting smooth daily operations.
