Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention, hôtel 4* situé au Cœur de l’Aéroport de Roissy, une vue imprenable sur les pistes, ses 345 chambres, son restaurant, son bar, ses 18 salles de réunion, sa piscine ainsi que son board meeting qui surplombent les pistes de l’aéroport, recherche un (e) Chef de Rang H/F en CDI
Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la Restauration, vous aurez pour principales missions:
- Accueillir et installer les clients selon les standards de la marque
- Participer à la coordination du service
- S’informer avant chaque début de service sur la composition des plats et des éventuelles ruptures
- Prendre les commandes et servir les clients
- Encaisser les clients
- Organiser et contrôler le travail de ses commis de rang, et serveurs
- Assurer la mise en place du point de vente et des arrières
- Assurer le nettoyage et le rangement de la salle et des arrières avant et après le service
- Veiller à la pérennité du matériel mis à sa disposition
- Animer ses équipes au quotidien et crée une bonne ambiance de travail
Expérience réussie dans un poste similaire
Sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur
Excellent relationnel
