Job Description

Are you a passionate and dynamic leader with a flair for delivering unparalleled dining and beverage experiences? Sofitel Wellington invites you to join our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our distinguished outlets, Jardin Grill and La Serre.

Your leadership and passion for excellence will drive the team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable cousu main moments for our guests.


  • Train & develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 star service standards
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
  • Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, nurturing the growth and development of your team members.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the essence of Sofitel's commitment to luxury and refinement.

To be successful in your application, you must:

  • Be amazing - have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality 
  • Show initiative - you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.


Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, the below would bee advantageous:

  • Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests
  • Current LCQ certificate (Preferred) 
  • Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends
  • Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions
  • Prior Food and Beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation
