Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlet. You will lead by example, ensuring service excellence, supporting your team, and contributing to a positive and engaging team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Lead, train, and support team members on shift
- Maintain high standards of guest service and respond to feedback effectively
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and ordering as required
- Support the F&B Manager in driving team performance and engagement
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (hotel experience preferred)
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Solid knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Experience in a hotel or fast-paced restaurant environment
- Micros POS knowledge is a bonus
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease
- Flexible availability across a variety of shifts
