Job Description
We are seeking evening Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Lombardi Restaurant, one of Queenstown’s most iconic dining destinations. With breathtaking views across Lake Wakatipu to The Remarkables, this is an opportunity to showcase your warmth, enthusiasm, and flair for service while delivering exceptional experiences to every guest.
As part of our team, you will:
- Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service across the restaurant, bar, and room service
- Share your knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails to elevate guest experiences and maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure every order and interaction reflects genuine hospitality and attention to detail
- Take pride in maintaining a polished, welcoming environment for our guests
Qualifications
You will harness your luxury attitude, with humble excellence, a distinguished presence, and elevated emotional intelligence. Your pride and passion will be complemented by:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in high end / luxury Food & Beverage service
- Knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude, with a flair for sales
- Ability to work weekends & public holidays
