Job Description

The position is responsible to provide transitionary / project support to the Singapore Corporate Accounting Team.

Successful candidate will be placed under a 6-month contract through our dedicated recruitment agency.

Responsibility

Projects / General Ledger / Statutory / Reporting

  • Support finance project implementation (Concur, inforSUN)
  • Support GST ACAP review
  • Support monthly closing and reporting submissions on OneStream
  • Support team members on monthly closing activities
  • Support interco entries and confirmations

Payments and accounting duties

  • Support payment disbursements
  • Carry out any other accounting related duties as assigned by Senior Manager and Director of Finance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
  • Preferably experience in SUN system
  • Knowledge in Concur, Kyriba and OneStream an added advantage
  • Good understanding of project implementations
