F&B Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our TRIBE team as the leader of ‘Feels Like June’ restaurant.

‘Feels Like June’ is a California-inspired restaurant with bright flavours, summer feels and a Europe-meets-West Coast flair where our hotel guests and local residents meet to enjoy from breakfast to dinner, including brunch, signature cocktails and barista coffee.

What you’ll do…

• Manage day-to-day F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all outlets.
• Ensure a consistently outstanding experience by monitoring and upholding service standards, addressing guest feedback, and implementing improvement plans.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to optimize profitability, control expenses, and maximize revenue.
• Recruit, train, and develop a talented F&B team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging high levels of engagement, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to design and review menus that enhance the dining experience and align with market trends and guest preferences.
• Ensure all F&B operations meet health, safety, and hygiene standards and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage and reply to reviews promptly.
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences, driven to improve operations, and skilled in leading a high-performing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the F&B outlets, including Restaurant, Bar and Grab & Go, ensuring exceptional service, innovative offerings, and smooth operations.
