Le Mercure Paris Opéra Lafayette recherche son agent petit-déjeuner pour offrir une expérience renouvelée à ses clients dans un univers inspiré de la musique.
Le petit-déjeuner est un moment clé de l’expérience client : véritable point de contact, il contribue directement à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de notre clientèle internationale. Dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel, vous serez garant(e) de la qualité du service et de l’expérience client dès le début de la journée.

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
· Vous êtes force de proposition : apporte des idées nouvelles pour améliorer l’expérience client, optimiser l’organisation et enrichir l’offre petit-déjeuner.
· Vous faite preuve d’autonomie : capable de gérer son poste, anticiper les besoins et prendre des initiatives pertinentes.
· Vous anticipez les événements et fêtes : planifie à l’avance les moments forts (Pâques, Noël, fêtes nationales, saisons, etc.) et propose des animations ou mises en avant adaptées.
· Vous avez un sens aigu de l’organisation : sait structurer ses tâches, gérer son planning, son réassort, et travailler en coordination avec la responsable.
· Vous aimez travailler en collaboration : échange de manière fluide avec la responsable pour préparer les temps forts, organiser les journées et assurer la meilleure qualité de service.
· Vous êtes souriant(e) et orienté(e) client : garantit un accueil chaleureux et professionnel à chaque service.
- Connaissance des règles d’hygiène alimentaire (HACCP)
- Savoir mettre en place un buffet (dressage, organisation)
- Service en salle (accueil, débarrassage, réassort)
- Gestion des stocks simples (produits petit-déjeuner)
- Capacité à travailler rapidement et efficacement
- Sens du service client
