Job Description

  • Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay
  • Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues with providing a rapid solution         
  • Provide a courteous and professional service at all times  
  • Present and visible in all hotel area, and coordinate with all concern for any customer as required
  • Ensure that departing guests always have a positive last impression of the hotel services and its Heartist team

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or F&B studies, at a hospitality studies management school or anyone with a significant experience in another customer service or reception position
• Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager
• Languages: fluent in the national language, Business English and a third language would be a plus
