Job Description

  • Perform live DJ sets across various resort outlets (pool, beach, lounge, nightclub, events).
  • Curate playlists aligned with guest demographics, mood, and event themes.
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment Team during daily activities and evening shows.
  • Support themed nights, special events, gala dinners, and seasonal programs.
  • Provide musical backing for live performances when required.
  • Adapt music style based on audience response and management direction.
  • Coordinate with animators, performers, and event hosts for smooth show execution.
  • Read the crowd and adjust music accordingly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner.
  • Respond to guest music requests where appropriate and aligned with policy.
  • Work closely with Entertainment Manager for event planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and politely
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in basic computer systems (MS Office, hotel management systems preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with a high level of responsibility and reliability
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
