L'Appartamento, come lo chiamiamo localmente, è il nostro unico concetto di spazio meeting & eventi. È composto da 5 camere comunicanti con la nostra zona cucina e tutti i suoi spazi seguono uno stile unico e accogliente!
Cosa ci guadagni...
Ricerchiamo un cuoco con contratto a chiamata, da inserire a supporto della brigata di cucina durante i servizi e in occasione di picchi di lavoro, eventi o necessità operative.
Il contratto a chiamata (job on call) è una forma di lavoro subordinato flessibile in cui il lavoratore si rende disponibile a svolgere l’attività solo quando richiesto dall’azienda. Ideale per chi cerca un lavoro flessibile. La prestazione viene quindi attivata su chiamata del datore di lavoro, in base alle esigenze operative, con compenso per le ore effettivamente lavorate.
Può prevedere o meno un obbligo di risposta alla chiamata e consente una gestione più flessibile dei turni, mantenendo comunque le tutele previste dalla normativa sul lavoro.

Supportare la brigata di cucina durante i servizi (colazione, pranzo, cena o eventi).
Preparare ingredienti e basi di cucina (taglio verdure, preparazioni preliminari, salse, fondi).
Realizzare piatti secondo le indicazioni dello chef o del responsabile di cucina.
Collaborare alla preparazione delle linee di servizio prima dell’apertura della cucina.
Gestire la cottura e l’impiattamento delle pietanze assegnate durante il servizio.
Mantenere ordine e pulizia della propria postazione di lavoro e rispettare le procedure HACCP e le norme igienico-sanitarie.
Controllare la corretta conservazione degli alimenti.
Supportare nelle operazioni di riordino e chiusura della cucina a fine servizio.
Collaborare con il team di cucina per garantire un servizio efficiente e di qualità.
