OBJETIVO:
Preparar e elaborar pratos, zelando pelas diretrizes de apresentação e segurança alimentar estabelecidas pela marca. Manter a cozinha em perfeitas condições, tanto físicas como de equipamentos e materiais, para atender às necessidades dos clientes e oferecer a eles uma experiência única e inesquecível, em alinhamento com a Cultura de Serviços Accor.
ATRIBUIÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
- Preparar pratos, confeitaria e realizar a montagem de buffets, bandejas e pratos individuais.
- Garantir a reposição, qualidade e apresentação dos alimentos servidos.
- Supervisionar os buffets nas refeições, assegurando padrão e organização.
- Cumprir normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e legislações vigentes.
- Atender clientes, prestando informações sobre os pratos quando solicitado.
- Compartilhar preferências dos hóspedes com a Recepção para personalização do atendimento (ACDC).
- Atuar como embaixador dos valores da marca e participar das ações da Cultura de Serviços.
- Seguir diretrizes ambientais relacionadas ao consumo consciente e coleta seletiva.
- Executar atividades correlatas conforme necessidade do hotel, inclusive em unidades Combo/Tri Combo.
Mínimas:
- Ensino Médio; Boas Práticas de Segurança Alimentar; Cursos de Culinária;
- Conhecimento em Higiene na Manipulação de Alimentos; Culinária Geral;
- Experiência na área.
Desejáveis:
- Ingles básico.
