About ALL Accor
- ALL Accor is more than a loyalty program. It is Accor’s booking platform, loyalty ecosystem and lifestyle companion - connecting hospitality, experiences, travel and everyday life across more than 45 iconic hotel brands worldwide.
- As ALL Accor enters a new phase of transformation and global acceleration, we are looking for a highly strategic, structured and impact-driven Chief of Staff to support the SVP ALL Accor Global Brand, Marketing & Sponsorship
- This role sits at the heart of one of Accor’s most visible and strategic transformations: shaping the future of the ALL Accor brand, its global marketing platform, its sponsorship ecosystem and its customer experience ambition. It is part of the Loyalty & E-commerce organization.
The Role
- Reporting directly to the SVP Global Brand, Marketing & Sponsorship, the Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and operational partner, helping translate strategic ambition into organizational execution.
- This role combines strategic thinking, business acumen, project orchestration, executive support and organizational leadership.
- The ideal candidate is analytical and structured, but also capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments, driving clarity, elevating standards and accelerating execution across multiple global initiatives.
- This is not a traditional coordination role - it is a high-impact position designed for someone who thrives in fastmoving, international and highly visible environments & is keen to learn and grow fast.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Executive Support:
- Partner closely with the SVP on strategic priorities, transformation initiatives and organizational topics.
- Help structure and drive the roadmap across brand, marketing, sponsorship and customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level materials, strategic narratives and leadership interventions (Codirs, steering committees, etc.).
Act as a thought partner to help frame complex topics, synthesize information and support decision-making:
- Drive and coordinate transversal strategic projects across brand, marketing and sponsorship.
- Ensure alignment, prioritization and follow-through across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Build governance frameworks, project tracking mechanisms, OKRs and executive reporting:
- Identify operational bottlenecks, organizational gaps and execution risks - and proactively propose solutions.
- Ensure projects move from strategic intent to operational execution.
Organizational Effectiveness & Leadership Support:
- Support the overall effectiveness and operating rhythm of the leadership team.
- Prepare and facilitate key leadership meetings, offsites and strategic workshops.
- Help reinforce accountability, prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute to creating a high-performance, collaborative and engaged team culture.
Collaborate with the SVP and Executive Team on strategy, roadmap, and OKRs:
- Ensure SVP’s priorities are effectively communicated and applied.
- Prepare interventions for the SVP (committees, townhalls, conferences).
- Ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies across functions.
Communication & Internal Alignment:
- Ensure consistency and clarity of communication across initiatives and teams.
- Support internal engagement initiatives and leadership communication.
- Contribute to reinforcing the visibility, coherence and impact of the ALL Accor brand transformation internally.
- Be an influential member of the Chief of Staff / PMO community.

Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in consulting, PMO, strategy, transformation, business operations or cross-functional project management roles.
- Experience in fast-paced, international and matrix organizations.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and transversal initiatives.
- Hospitality, lifestyle, digital, loyalty or customer-centric experience is a plus.

- Strong analytical mindset combined with rigorous execution capabilities.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities and evolving business contexts.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and able to drive initiatives with autonomy.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in agile and cross-functional environments.
- Ability to operate with autonomy, discretion and sound judgment.
- Fluent English is required.
Additional Strengths
- Knowledge of digital ecosystems, customer platforms or loyalty environments is a plus.
- Understanding of financial management, budgeting or performance tracking is appreciated.
- Sensitivity to brand, communication and customer experience topics is a strong plus.
