- Se comporte et agit de manière exemplaire, incarnant l’esprit de la marque
- Aide à fournir des services fluides et un rythme d’activité soutenu
- Travaille de manière autonome pour élaborer de la pâtisserie et des desserts de haute qualité en conformité avec les instructions du Chef de Cuisine
- Superviser et élaborer des préparations culinaires sucrées à la demande du client
- Propose de nouvelles recettes
- Met en place et contrôle l’application de toutes directives concernant la fabrication des desserts, leur qualité, leur présentation et leur régularité vis-à-vis des fiches techniques.
- Contribue globalement à la satisfaction des clients par la qualité de son travail et un comportement exemplaire
- Expérience minimum de 24 mois dans un poste similaire
- Sens du détail et adaptabilité de la qualité
- Engagement minimum de 12 mois.
- Français courant
- Flexibilité pour travailler sur une liste tournante de 7 jours, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.
- Esprit d'équipe, approche rigoureuse et organisée
