We are seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade and contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

 


Job Description

About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to deliver outstanding service and guest experience.  


Qualifications

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
  • Experience in a premium restaurant or hotel environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of modern cooking techniques and presentation
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and WHS practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Passion for food, creativity, and teamwork
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

 


Additional Information

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate a designated kitchen section during service
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to brand standards
  • Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and to specification
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members
  • Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and support cost control
  • Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement
