Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you’ll create high-quality dishes, manage kitchen operations, ensure food safety, and develop new menu items while mentoring junior staff. You will work in several areas of the kitchen, including a la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service, and banquets. Experience in various cooking styles and preparation techniques is essential, as is your commitment to supervising, training, and developing the kitchen brigade.


Qualifications

  • We value proven experience, strong culinary knowledge, excellent time management, and a passion for exceptional dining.
  • Trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel industry preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety requirements
  • Service oriented with an eye for detail
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask  
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members 
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
