Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic team player with a passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence in guest service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with prior experience in luxury hotels being a plus. Knowledge in Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Relations, and Opera PMS is highly valued.
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach
- University Degree
- Housekeeping, Food and Beverage or/and Guest Relations knowledge
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, shifts, and guest needs
- Strong understanding of service standards and guest satisfaction metrics in luxury environments
