Reporting to SVP Business to Owners & Sustainability Leader, we are looking for a Business Development & Data Senior Manager, who will sit in Accor Luxury & Lifestyle Global Hotel Development, also supporting PM&E Global Hotel Development. This position is instrumental in delivering group growth through the management of NUG & Pipeline objectives via the WeMax CRM; it is a direct and essential contribution to the Capital Market Day's KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Accor Group Business Development Monitoring & Performance
- Implement development projects validation - Process implementation and +500 signings follow-up from lead to contract delivery (yearly)
- Follow-up automated project validation process, saving >10 hours a month per developer and Group CDOs/R&B CEOs/CFOs each
- Proactively manage openings, NUG, signings and pipeline
- Ensure development project reporting, dashboarding & business intelligence analytics
- Conduct performance review analytics
WeMax DEV CRM Run, Build & Data Accuracy
- Secure run, access, process, audit, control, and compliance >90% usage rate
- Ensure data quality to support sound strategic decision-making
- Gather developers' evolution needs, analyze CRM features & usage to identify gaps and propose evolutions aligned with KAM needs. Act as key partner to the CRM Product team to prioritize, follow-up and deploy CRM enhancements
- Implement AI development into WeMax Dev with Digital Factory
Key Account Management (KAM) for Developers
- Implement Owners, Investors & Prospects segmentation and account ownership allocation rules into WeMaxDev (elite tiers)
- Ensure Owners, Investors & Prospects knowledge & profiling into WeMaxDev
- Implement KAM into WeMaxDev (10 accounts per developer with prospect focus)
- Oversee 400+ Key Accounts stewardship into WeMax Dev
- Follow up data completeness tracker >93%
- Liaise and coordinate with KAM Ops
Developers' Training & Engagement
- Animate community of 20 WeMax Dev champions
- Animate community of >60 Key Account Managers/Developers
- Implement regular trainings for development teams
- Implement team challenges to boost adhesion and motivation
- Master degree in business or engineering school or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in analytics & data
- Database and software skills (from big data CRM Microsoft Dynamics to insights: Excel+, PowerPoint) analytics tools.
