Nous recherchons un boulanger dont la mission sera de donner vie aux produits de boulangerie de l'entreprise en préparant avec minutie et savoir-faire les recettes décrites dans les cahiers des charges, conformément aux normes d'excellence et au savoir-faire artisanal.
Vos principales responsabilités :
✨ Fabriquer et créer
Préparez les ingrédients et le matériel avec précision, en suivant les recettes à la lettre tout en préservant l'identité distinctive de notre marque et nos normes artisanales
✓ Assurance qualité
Respecter les spécifications techniques et les directives de production, en signalant rapidement toute anomalie ou tout problème de qualité à la direction
📦 Réception et stockage
Inspecter les marchandises à leur arrivée et veiller à leur stockage adéquat dans les chambres froides, en totale conformité avec les normes HACCP
⏰ Gestion des stocks
Surveiller la rotation des stocks et respecter strictement les dates limites de consommation afin de garantir la fraîcheur des produits
🧹 Sécurité et hygiène
Maintenir un poste de travail propre et organisé et se conformer à toutes les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité
🔧 Entretien du matériel
Utiliser et entretenir tout le matériel et les outils fournis avec soin et responsabilité
♻️ Engagement en faveur du développement durable
Promouvoir nos initiatives RSE au quotidien : tri des déchets, réduction des déchets, limitation des articles à usage unique et économies d'eau et d'énergie
Titulaire d’un CAP Boulangerie ou d’un diplôme équivalent, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie sur un poste de boulanger.
