What you will be doing:

  • Supervise and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and elevated guest experiences
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver Forbes 5-Star service standards
  • Act as a floor leader, maintaining presence and supporting service during peak periods
  • Ensure all food and beverage offerings are presented and served to the highest standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of colleagues
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate key operational updates
  • Work closely with Culinary and Bar teams to ensure alignment and service flow
  • Monitor staffing levels, service efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong passion for hospitality and luxury service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros) is an asset
  • Valid Serving It Right certification
