What you will be doing:
- Support bartenders in preparing and serving beverages with precision and consistency
- Assist with bar setup, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Learn and execute cocktail recipes, garnish preparation, and service standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service in line with Forbes 5-Star standards
- Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings
- Ensure all glassware, tools, and bar areas are kept to the highest hygiene standards
- Follow all liquor laws, health, and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to ensure a seamless experience
- Continuously develop product knowledge and bartending techniques

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an asset
- Passion for bartending, mixology, and guest service
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Valid Serving It Right certification
