Job Description

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and customers with excellent customer service.
  • Possess an unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our customers.
  • Be an experienced bartender who loves creating some funky beverages, shaking cocktails and spirits and thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced venue.
  • Be able to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages.
  • Develop invaluable skills you can use in all walks of life – customer service, communication, time management, problem solving and resilience.
  • You have a can-do attitude and are able to find the “yes” in every situation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role – as a Bar Attendant
  • Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • A genuine love of hospitality and the restaurant industry
  • An energetic, team-focused individual with a can-do attitude
  • Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
  • Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
