Job Description
As Banquet Bartender you would prepare beverages for guests and as called for by servers following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner. Ensure compliance with all liquor laws in the preparation, serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages for any and all Banquet events and locations. Bartender is responsible for maintaining high service standards and providing all liquors outlined in BEO.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Previous Bartending experience in a luxury event space required
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer and wine required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- WSET Level 2 certification preferre
- Open availability, including weekend and holidays
Hourly Rate - $21.00 per hour
