Job Description

Job Summary:
As the second in command for revenue management, you will be instrumental in shaping the overall revenue strategy for Ibis and Ibis Styles hotels in India.


Key Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities:

  • Handles day-to-day operations, including performance analysis, inventory management, and channel management.
  • Oversees a team of revenue analysts, providing leadership and guidance.
  • While involved in strategy development, this role is primarily focused on executing and optimizing revenue management tactics.
  • Lead the revenue and collaborate with hotel leadership to achieve revenue budgets and market share targets.
  • Analyze market and hotel data to create and implement pricing strategies, including tactical campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and guide hotels on strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare and present portfolio performance reports to senior management and various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration/Business Administration with 8+ years of hotel industry experience (prior revenue management experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading revenue management for multiple hotels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team in a dynamic environment.
