Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website.
  • Optimize the website and social media channels to improve SEO rankings and user engagement.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the data.
  • Assist with the management of marketing budgets and optimize the allocation of resources.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track campaign performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
