Job Description

  • Responsible for representing the General Manager and Senior Managers in their absence
  • Supervise the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel’s day to day operation
  • Contribute to a high level of customer service for our guests
  • Embrace technology using Opera Cloud PMS System
  • Gain valuable real life experience and insights through

Qualifications

  • High level of professional spoken and written English
  • Valid LCQ certificate and a current holder of a Manager License issued with the local council
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
  • Strong leadership presence and team management skills
