From seasonal waiter to Restaurant Manager, Adam's journey spans nearly two decades of growth, passion and connection. What began in 2006 as summer work in his hometown during school break evolved into a career when he joined Novotel Gdańsk Centrum in 2009, the true start of his hospitality story. Over the years, he worked his way through the ranks as a waiter, bartender, shift leader and deputy F&B manager before taking on the role of Restaurant Manager. His passion for wine has taken him across the world, from tasting a rare 1900 vintage Gewürtztraminer Trockenbeerenauslese in Germany to participating in the Best Sommelier in the World 2023 in Paris - an experience he calls his World Cup. Abir’s path into hospitality was unexpected, but it quickly became a space where her passion could take root and grow. Now a Landscape Engineer at movenpick_resort_sousse, she found in hospitality the perfect blend of creativity, teamwork and working closely with nature. Leading a team of seven, Abir designs, renovates and maintains the hotel’s green spaces, ensuring they integrate harmoniously with the overall design while implementing sustainable practices to optimise irrigation and landscaping. For her, the impact goes far beyond the technical side: “Designing green spaces is above all an art, long before it is a profession,” she says, adding that “being a Heartist® means working with passion and love, while respecting and enhancing nature.” Seeing guests relax, take photos and truly enjoy these outdoor spaces is her proudest reward and a reminder that even behind the scenes, every detail contributes to a memorable guest experience. 🌿 #WeAreHeartists #HospitalityCareers

From dreaming of hotel life as a child in Martinique to finding his place at novotelsuitesluxembourg, Jason’s journey has been shaped by kindness, curiosity and the joy of making people feel at home. At 22, he has already embraced roles that stretch far beyond the Front Desk, discovering during his first internship at Novotel Luxembourg Centre that hospitality was more than a job for him, it was, as he says, “a revelation”.
