Buscamos un Supervisor de Ama de llaves profesional y organizado para unirse a nuestro equipo en Ciudad de México, México. El candidato seleccionado será responsable de supervisar el departamento de ama de llaves, asegurando altos estándares de limpieza y satisfacción de los huéspedes en nuestro establecimiento.
- Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del personal de limpieza.
- Desarrollar e implementar horarios y procedimientos de limpieza eficientes
- Realice inspecciones periódicas para mantener los estándares de limpieza
- Formar a los nuevos empleados y proporcionar orientación continua al equipo de limpieza
- Gestionar el inventario de suministros y equipos de limpieza
- Atienda las preocupaciones y quejas de los huéspedes con prontitud y profesionalidad
- Colabore con otros departamentos para garantizar un funcionamiento sin problemas
- Haga cumplir las normas de seguridad y mantenga un entorno de trabajo seguro
- Preparar y mantener registros e informes precisos
- Participe en la contratación y evaluación del rendimiento del personal de limpieza
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en el servicio de limpieza, con al menos 1 ó 2 años en funciones de supervisión
- Título de bachillerato o equivalente; preferible certificación en gestión hotelera
- Gran capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
- Dominio de las técnicas y normas de limpieza
- Conocimiento profundo de los productos de limpieza, equipos y procedimientos de seguridad
- Conocimientos informáticos básicos, incluido el dominio de MS Office y del software de programación
- Dominio del español y del inglés
- Familiaridad con las normas y mejores prácticas de la industria hotelera
- Capacidad para trabajar en horario flexible, incluidos fines de semana y festivos
- Gran capacidad de liderazgo y de resolución de problemas
- Orientación al detalle y compromiso con la calidad y la satisfacción del cliente
