Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

• Prepare kitchen equipment for use

• Assist with checking and receiving goods
Hỗ trợ trong việc kiểm tra và giao nhận hàng hóa
• Store goods
Lưu trữ hàng hóa
• Maintain storage areas
Sắp xếp, giữ gìn khu vực kho hàng gọn gàng, sạch sẽ
• Clean and store equipment
Lau chùi, dọn dẹp sạch sẽ ngăn nắp các dụng cụ, thiết bị
• Clean premises
Lau chùi sạch khu vực làm việc
• Handle waste and linen
Dọn dẹp rác
• Maintain a hygienic kitchen
Giữ vệ sinh nhà bếp
• Clean the kitchen and equipment
Lau chùi các thiết bị, dụng cụ bếp
• Maintain personal hygiene

• Attend to all briefings

Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field. /Có bằng nghề trong ngành ẩm thực hoặc các lĩnh vực tương đương
- 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. /1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. /Có kỹ năng giao tiếp với khách hàng, nhân viên, đối tác thứ ba
- Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency. /Được các cơ quan có thẩm quyền tại địa phương cấp giấy phép làm việc trong ngành ẩm thực.
- Proficient in speaking and writing skills in English and Vietnamese./ Thành thạo kỹ năng nói và viết bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.
