- Elaboration du plan de formation de l'entreprise de l'année N+1 : préparation du catalogue 2026
- Gestion logistique des formations intra (réservations salles, outils, plateformes internes)
- Accompagnement des collaborateurs et RH dans leurs besoins en formation
- Participation à l’animation de notre plateforme Learning (LXP) Docebo : MAJ des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Mise en place, gestion et suivi Onboarding des nouveaux arrivants : organisation, goodies, événements, immersion dans les hôtels
- Suivi des KPIs formations obligatoires
- Collaboration avec nos prestataires de formation et les organismes externes
- Suivi du budget
- Étudiant(e) Bac +3/4/5
- A l’aise avec le pack Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Bon niveau d’expression écrite et orale
- Anglais professionnel (niveau B1/B2 minimum)
- Curieux(se), rigoureux(se), organisé(e), capacité d’adaptation
