Job Description

At our world-class spa, every detail matters. You’ll combine expert technique with genuine warmth, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of our guests and ensuring every visit is nothing short of exceptional.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and five-star standards of care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training, and protocols.
Providing thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to enhance each guest’s wellness journey.
Taking initiative to personalise treatments and offer upgrades that elevate the experience.
Proudly promoting hotel and spa facilities, identifying opportunities to enrich the guest’s stay through genuine upselling.
Collaborating with the wider Spa team to create a seamless, supportive environment.
Performing additional duties as required to support smooth spa operations.
Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Beauty Therapy HNC/HND/ Level 3 /ITEC
