国内外のインバウンド顧客との緊密な関係を維持・発展させる。
- JTB GMT、Hana Tourなどの主要顧客を管理し、日本国内のホテルの収益最大化を図る。
- 主要顧客を定期的に訪問し、関係を構築・維持する。
- 関連する展示会や見本市に参加する。
競合他社について徹底的に調査を実施する。
- 主要顧客を定期的に訪問し、市場の生産状況、顧客ニーズ、競合他社の提案内容、価格設定などの情報を入手します。
市場セグメントに応じた販売行動計画を策定し、実行、レビューを行い、コマーシャルディレクターに報告する。
- 担当ホテルの予算目標に基づいて、包括的な販売行動計画と出張計画を作成します。
担当ホテルのインバウンドセグメントの成果を分析する。
- 主要アカウントのパフォーマンスを月次または四半期ごとにレビューし、将来の収益機会を探ります。
- 営業経験3年以上
