- Drive business growth by converting sales leads and securing group bookings, events, and conferences.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to sales and group enquiries, ensuring prompt and detailed communication.
- Build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach, site inspections, and familiarisation visits.
- Collaborate across teams - liaise with Accor and Sofitel Sales & Marketing to execute strategic sales plans.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, both individually and a valued member of a team.
- Ensure seamless execution by coordinating client event details with key hotel departments.
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven success in a Sales Executive or Coordinator role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
- A refined, client-first approach and strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management systems.
- A natural closer with the ability to uncover up-sell opportunities and convert leads into bookings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a proactive, polished presentation style.
- Impeccable time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
