Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team in Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach,The Bheemili Resort - Managed by Accor & Novotel Vijayawada Varun. As a Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing our organization's revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies and data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory allocation
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make informed decisions
  • Utilize revenue management systems and data analysis tools to forecast demand and identify revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies across departments
  • Generate regular reports and presentations on revenue performance, key metrics, and market insights
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue management efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on revenue management principles and techniques
  • Participate in budget planning and forecasting processes

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or related field
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent financial modeling and forecasting abilities
  • In-depth understanding of pricing strategies and yield management techniques
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
  • Revenue Management certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
