The role of an Assistant Restaurant Manager at an Accor Hotel typically involves supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent service, guest satisfaction, and a high standard of food and beverage quality.
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Thai and English
- Extensive supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, with a focus on upscale dining environments
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and superior organizational aptitude
- Willingness to commit to non-standard working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and the delivery of exceptional dining experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
- Advanced proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Robust financial acumen with a track record in budgeting and cost control measures
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adept conflict resolution skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and strict adherence to health department compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Superior interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
- Current certification in food handling and alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe)
- Verifiable track record of increasing restaurant profitability and elevating guest satisfaction metrics
