The role of an Assistant Restaurant Manager at an Accor Hotel typically involves supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent service, guest satisfaction, and a high standard of food and beverage quality. 

• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Thai and English
• Extensive supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, with a focus on upscale dining environments
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and superior organizational aptitude
• Willingness to commit to non-standard working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and the delivery of exceptional dining experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
• Advanced proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Robust financial acumen with a track record in budgeting and cost control measures
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adept conflict resolution skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and strict adherence to health department compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Superior interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
• Current certification in food handling and alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe)
• Verifiable track record of increasing restaurant profitability and elevating guest satisfaction metrics
