Job Description
We are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ natural leader who thinks outside the box and strives for success to lead our Garcon Bleu service team. This is a fixed term opportunity, from July 2026 to September 2026, with potential opportunity to extend.
In this role you will:
- Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational, and empowering approach.
- Strive to create luxury moments with our guests and team members, making everyone feel welcome and feel valued
- Grow the restaurant with innovative sales strategies and execution, to enhance the guest experience, build loyalty and bring in revenue
- Ensure service standards are followed for a friendly, genuine, and engaging experience
- Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and followed
- Prepare forecast reports and roster staff
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with purchasing, stock control, and management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar management role, within high-end dining operations
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
- You are flexible to work early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays when needed.
