Description de l'entreprise :
Hôtel d'affaires situé à 3Km de l'aéroport international Paris Roissy CDG & des Parcs des expositions de Villepinte et du Bourget, le Novotel Paris Roissy CDG Convention compte 295 chambres, 1 restaurant, 1 salle de petit-déjeuner, 17 salles de réunion, 1 crewlounge, 1 piscine intérieure et 1 salle fitness. L'hôtel travaille avec tous segments de clientèle affaires, loisirs, individuels, groupes, compagnies aériennes. L’hôtel est un établissement de la société juridique SAS SIM – AccorInvest.
Principales missions :
- Gestion & Animation d’une équipe
- Supervision Comptabilité fournisseurs, saisie et règlement des factures, suivi de la balance.
- Suivi de la Trésorerie quotidienne, rapprochement bancaire.
- Gestion courante des Immobilisations.
- Réalisation du compte d'exploitation analytique mensuel et des documents de gestion (commentaires ART, analyses, forecast ...)
- Mise en œuvre et suivi des tableaux de bords mensuels.
- Gestion des diverses déclarations, respects des délais.
- Révision des comptes, bilan annuel, clôture de l'exercice.
- Collaboration avec le service du Groupe AI : Audit et Supervision Comptable
- Collaboration étroite avec la Responsable Paie, l'ensemble des Chefs de Service et la direction.
- Participation à l’optimisation des résultats de l’hôtel tous postes de charges / services
- Préparation et participation à la business review trimestrielle
- Préparation et participation à la construction du budget annuel
- Participation au planning de gardes week-ends et jours fériés
Niveau d’études BAC+2 et 5 à 10 ans d’expérience requises
Compétences techniques
- Maîtrise des normes comptables nationales
- Bonnes connaissances des réglementations juridiques, fiscales, sociales
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel notamment) et des progiciels comptables
- Anglais professionnel souhaité, oral, écrit
