Nous travaillons en France ou à l’étranger, en collaboration avec les plus grandes Maisons de luxe, avec les plus importants événements sportifs et aéronautiques, avec les clients privés les plus exigeants.
Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable adjoint(e) administratif(ve) matériel H/F
À ce poste, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
1. Gestion des commandes
•Saisir et suivre les commandes et contrôler les commandes (internes / externes).
•Prendre en compte les demandes spécifiques.
•Vérifier la bonne prise en compte et la réception du matériel.
2. Relation prestataires / loueurs
•Assurer les échanges avec les loueurs et prestataires.
•Suivi des locations, disponibilités, retours et facturations.
3. Événements
•Supervision à l’organisation administrative des grands événements (Roland‑Garros, Bourget, etc.).
4. Organisation/ administratif
•Mise à jour des outils, procédures.
•Réalisation de missions administratives diverses.
Management :
1.Soutien au responsable dans l’organisation du service
2.Répartition des tâches et coordination de l’équipe
3.Suivi de l’activité et relais d’information
Une prime d'objectif de 8% est attribuée à ce poste en plus de la rémunération annuelle.
Votre profil :
Compétences et expérience :
- 3 à 5 ans minimum en gestion administrative, logistique ou coordination de commandes,
- Une première expérience d'encadrement ou de coordination est appréciée.
- Connaissance du secteur évènementiel ou du matériel serait un plus.

- Notion d'anglais
- Résistance au stress et capacité à prendre des décisions dans l'urgence
