Job Description

As a Reservations Agent, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by managing inquiries and bookings efficiently. Your responsibilities include handling reservations, providing accurate information about room availability, assisting with guest requests, and ensuring seamless communication with other departments to deliver a flawless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process reservations accurately via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about room types, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Ensure all bookings are recorded correctly in the Property Management System.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to accommodate special guest requests.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • The Reservations Sales Agent must have minimum 1 year experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
