Description du poste :
Gestion des appels : Répondre aux appels internes et externes, les réacheminer ou assister les clients.
Traitement des réservations : Gérer et vérifier les réservations de chambres.
Service client : Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant leur réservation et les informer sur l'hôtel.
Administration : Rédiger des rapports et assurer le suivi des informations.
Autres responsabilités : Effectuer diverses tâches connexes selon les besoins.
Expérience requise : Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle.
Compétences relationnelles : Excellentes aptitudes en service aux hôtes et communication orale.
Gestion du stress : Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapide.
Bilinguisme : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise pour échanger avec une clientèle internationale.
Visa : Vous devez être légalement éligible à travailler au Canada.
