We're looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Painter to join our team ibis Jaipur City Centre, India. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing work across various properties and facilities. You will work collaboratively with maintenance teams and other departments to ensure all painting projects meet our aesthetic and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your expertise in surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques will be essential to maintaining the visual appeal and integrity of our properties.

• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, trim, furniture, and exterior surfaces using brushes, spray guns, or rollers with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.
• Tape and mud drywall surfaces to achieve smooth, professional results.
• Remove old finishes through stripping, sanding, wire brushing, or other appropriate methods while following safety protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors to customize and modify paint colors, stains, and varnishes to meet project specifications and brand standards.
• Respond promptly to paint-related work orders in guest-visible areas, common spaces, and facility areas with minimal disruption.
• Repair minor drywall damage, patch holes, fix peeling paint, and restore worn or damaged finishes to maintain aesthetic consistency.
• Cover surfaces with protective materials and post appropriate safety signage during painting operations.
• Maintain aesthetic consistency across properties and ensure compliance with established color standards and brand guidelines.
• Clean, maintain, and properly store all painting tools, equipment, and materials in designated areas.
• Ensure safe storage of all flammable and hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
• Perform high-quality touch-ups in occupied and guest-visible areas with attention to detail and minimal disruption.
• Document materials used and communicate inventory needs to supervisors to maintain adequate supplies.
• Report any unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to management immediately.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to support facility operations and resolve issues efficiently.

• Experience in painting and finishing work, including surface preparation and application techniques.
• Proficiency with painting tools and equipment (brushes, spray guns, rollers, sanders, and related tools).
• Strong knowledge of various paint types, stains, varnishes, and finishing materials.
• Ability to prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, caulking, and priming.
• Experience with drywall repair, taping, and mudding techniques.
• Ability to work at heights safely using ladders and scaffolding.
• Familiarity with building maintenance systems and facility operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
