NIGHT MANAGER H/F
Mission:
Etablit un relationnel de qualité avec le client, dès l'accueil et tout au long de son séjour, afin de le fidéliser
Prend en compte et anticipe les besoins du client
Participe à la construction de
l’ensemble des standards de service en cohérence avec la marque
Veille à ce que son équipe adopte les
comportements de service attendus
Participe à la gestion des réclamations
clients
Maitrise les inventaires des catégories
de chambres et suite afin de maximiser le revenu.
Informe le client sur les conditions de
séjours, les formalités et les services
Organise les arrivées et les départs
avec son équipe
S’assure du bon suivi et de
l’utilisation des outils centralisant les historiques et profils des clients
Effectue un travail d’audit sur la
qualité de service de l’hôtel et assure un suivi correctif
Prend les actions adéquates durant une
situation de crise et exécute de façon préventive tout manquement qui pourrait
déboucher sur une situation de crise
Prend les initiatives sur les décisions
à prendre en cas d’incident
Enregistre toutes les réclamations
clients, les communique au service intéressé et ainsi qu’à la Responsable des
Services d’Accueil
Contrôle les factures
clients
Assure l’élaboration des différents rapports
de nuit et leur impression, est responsable des procédures de veille comptable
et de clôture de la PMS ainsi que de ses interfaces
Profile:
- Niveau Licence ou école de management hôtelier
- Expérience de 2 ans minimum en tant que Nuit Audit et/ou première expérience réussie en tant qu’Assistant.e Responsable de réception et/ou des Services d’accueil
- Expérience managériale de 2 ans minimum (5 personnes à plus)
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Maîtrise du français et très bonne maîtrise d’anglais
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Sens du détail et de la qualité
- Leadership développeur : orientation positive, capacité à développer une équipe responsable, capacité à former les membres de l’équipe et à développer leurs compétences, à responsabiliser et à promouvoir l’initiative
- Leadership collaboratif : esprit d’équipe, communication, facilitateur du travail en équipe
