- Contribuire alle iniziative di sviluppo del menu in coordinamento con i membri del team di cucina
- Monitorare e gestire i livelli giornalieri delle scorte e inviare richieste di rifornimento secondo necessità
- Supervisionare tutte le operazioni di servizio dall’inizio alla fine
- Valutare sistematicamente il feedback degli ospiti per identificare opportunità di miglioramento del servizio e delle operazioni
- Segnalare immediatamente alla direzione eventuali malfunzionamenti delle attrezzature e rischi ambientali
- Facilitare una comunicazione interna efficace e preparare briefing di servizio completi per il personale
- Formare e guidare il personale di sala sugli standard aziendali, sulle tecniche di servizio e sui protocolli di interazione con gli ospiti
- Gestire la programmazione del personale e garantire una copertura adeguata per tutti i turni di servizio
- Condurre valutazioni periodiche delle prestazioni e fornire feedback costruttivi ai membri del team
- Supervisionare il rispetto di tutte le normative in materia di sicurezza alimentare e degli standard igienico-sanitari in tutte le aree di servizio
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore dell’ospitalità di lusso
- Comprovata leadership e competenza nella gestione del personale
- Ottima padronanza dell’italiano e dell’inglese (scritto e parlato)
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative in materia di sicurezza alimentare, dei codici sanitari e degli standard igienici
- Competenza avanzata nei sistemi di gestione dei ristoranti e nelle piattaforme POS (point-of-sale)
- Eccellenti capacità interpersonali e comunicative, con comprovata capacità di interagire efficacemente a tutti i livelli organizzativi
- Spiccato senso analitico e capacità di risoluzione dei problemi, con meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli in contesti di servizio ad alta pressione
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
