Job Description
- Consistently provide professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding menu items and dietary requests in an informative and helpful manner
- Take and enter into POS System all In-Room Dining orders
- Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen
- Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up
- Deliver food & beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Have full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items, garnishes, ingredients and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous Food & Beverage service experience preferred
- Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- BC Serving It Right Certificate required prior to commencing employment
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
