• Preparar os pratos do cardápio do dia, a partir das demandas recebidas
• Montar pratos individuais, buffets, bandejas etc. e distribuir nos locais de consumo.
• Sugerir alterações nos cardápios, baseando-se na disponibilidade de produtos e no histórico de consumo
• Monitorar o consumo e providenciar a reposição dos alimentos, quando necessário.
• Executar as atividades dos diversos setores da cozinha
• Aplicar os processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área.
• Aplicar as boas práticas de segurança alimentar pertinentes à área.
• Orientar e coordenar o Auxiliar de Cozinha e o II Cozinheiro em conjunto com o superior.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
- Acima de 18 anos;
- Disponibilidade para atuar na escala 6x1 (Horário de trabalho a ser definido com a liderança no ato da entrevista);
- Ter fácil acesso ao hotel Ibis SP Ibirapuera
- Desejável curso nível superior;
- Desejável vivência na área, conhecimentos e aplicação das diversas técnicas de preparo de alimentos Higiene na Manipulação dos Alimentos Noções de Nutrição.
