Housekeeping Attendant | Mercure Gold Coast Resort

A 292-room hotel, spanning over 3.5 hectares with significant food & beverage operations, two resort pools and extensive conference facilities, Mercure Gold Coast Resort is an oasis located amongst expansive gardens on the Gold Coast.

We have an opportunity for a number of Housekeeping Attendants to join our fast paced and dynamic housekeeping team.

Casual and part time opportunities are available.


Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Working in our Housekeeping department as a Room Attendant, Public Area Cleaner or House Person, in Resort bedrooms and our stunning Public Areas.
  • Maintain established standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across all areas.
  • Meet guests' needs and exceed expectations.
  • Working in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Good communication skills and a high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
